Permanent Shares form a permanent part of the capital base of your credit union. It represents a member's ownership or member's equity in the credit union. Permanent Shares cannot be withdrawn. However, they may be transferred to any new member or anyone eligible for membership in the Credit Union. Dividends are paid on this account. Dividends are determined by the performance of the Credit Union and this is done at our Annual General Meeting.
