The Credit Union Gold Series Health Plan is specifically designed for Credit Union members. The plan provides members access to Comprehensive Healthcare along with Life Insurance coverage and personal Accident Insurance coverage of $1,000,000 each. Entry age is 18 to 70 years. Members have the option to add dependents (spouse and children).
